The West African Examination Council Liberia chapter has denied social media speculations that it has released the 2020/2021 West African Secondary School Exam results.
WAEC described the claim as false malicious and devilish. The secretariat of WAEC said, the results for all examinations administered in 2021 have not been released and is therefore calling on the public not to give credence to such false information spread on social media.
According to WAEC Secretariat, the speculation is coming from some criminal-minded individuals whose intention is geared towards bringing the Council’s office to disrepute. WAEC Liberia condemned and distances itself from such acts and calls on those involved to immediately desist or will be made to face the law.
The management of WAEC said it wished to inform the public that activities leading to the release of this year’s WASSCE results are being concluded so it is important for the public to exercise patience.
