Over three hundred students of the Varkanway Public School in porkpa District Grand Cape Mount County have been denied access to learning due to the storm disaster which affected their school.
The entire roof of the public school was taken away by a heavy storm which is making learning impossible for kids in the district.
The incident occurred on Monday, April 25, 2022, morning leaving the entire school and students vulnerable to the rain and sun.
The storm disaster coincided with the visitation of Liberia Education Minister Ansu Sonii to the county.
As a result of the storm disaster, over three hundred students have been denied learning and getting the right atmosphere of education due to the storm disaster.
