Prince Wymah’s lone goal in the first half was enough as Survival FC defeated Mighty Conquerors 1-0 to win the 2022 Amputees National Football League.
The match took place on Friday, April 29, 2022, at the SKD Sports Complex in Paynesville, outside the nation’s capital Monrovia.

At the same time the Vice President of Liberia Amputees Football and Sports Association, Jonathon Wehyee is appealing to the National Legislature to help the Amputees National Football team with a bus as a means of reducing the brethren of the players.
According to Mr. Wehyee, they are going through difficulties in transporting their players on a daily basis for regular practice sessions which are intended to prepare the players for the upcoming World Cup in Turkey.
Also speaking, the head Coach of Amputees Lone Star, Victor Benson, acknowledged that he is working closely with the technical team to release the provisional listing of 24 players to begin preparing ahead of the country’s participation in Turkey’s 2022 Amputees World Cup.
