Monrovia, Release-Mr. Arthur D. Saye has been appointed by President George Manneh Weah to serve as the board chairman of the Liberia Petroleum Refinery Company (LPRC).
According to an Executive Mansion release, Mr. Randall Cooper was replaced by Mr. Saye after being fired on Thursday, October 13, 2022. The appointment made by the Liberian president is effective right away.
