Monrovia, Liberia – The President of a Women’s Lower League Club has praised Mustapha Raji’s management of the Liberia Football Association. One of the many reasons that football is developing positively in the nation, according to Madam Amie Wesseh, is the distribution of playing materials to teams in all tiers, including those in the Women’s Lower division.
The Liberia Football Association recently distributed 18 pairs of boots, 12 footballs, two packs of agility ladders, one pack of marker cone discs, three pieces of huddles, five pieces of long cones, two sets of bibs, and five pieces of agility rings to each of the 12 clubs in the women’s lower division.
The president of Small Town FC admitted that she was astonished to learn that their organization had received supplies and USD$800 in addition to the materials.

The president of Small Town FC admitted that she was astonished to learn that their organization had received supplies and $800 in addition to the other recipients of the materials. Madam Wesseh made the remarks on May 17, 2023, at the beginning of the first day of the two-day Women’s Football Workshop at the newly built LFA Headquarters in Congo Town.
“The initial information we gathered was that teams in the lower division of the LFA don’t typically benefit like those in the upper division, but we were surprised to see such a huge donation. Mr. Raji is very passionate about growing football at every level around the country, I’m encouraging others who are seeking to succeed him to exhibit similar behavior.”
