Sinkor, Monrovia – C. Juah Dennis, the Unity Party’s representative candidate for Grand Bassa County’s District #5, has voiced concerns about anomalies and electoral fraud. The UP representative candidate claimed that while waiting, polling officers at the Old Camp Precinct refused to let voters enter the polling stations.
Madam Dennis claimed that because of the polls’ delayed opening, which irritated voters, only the votes of National Election Commission employees were registered at the Gbowe precinct centre. As a result, the voters left.
The sole female candidate for representative in Grand Bassa District #5 also charged that incumbent Thomas Goshua had been sending threatening communications to her team. She indicated that the magistrate in Grand Bassa has been compromised as such she has to transfer her complained tonNEC headquarters in Monrovia. This statement can not be confirm by Reports231.
