Monrovia, Liberia – Sportswriter Fabrizio Romano has revealed that several European teams are interested in Divine Teah, a gifted midfielder from Liberia who was born in 2006. According to him, Belgium’s Gent, AC Milan, Sporting Lisbon, and Bayer Leverkusen are all keeping a close eye on the midfielder.
Teah, was recently included in The Guardian’s top 60 talents of Next Generation for 2023. However, the 17-year-old has signed a pre-contract agreement with Swedish outfit Hammarby FC awaiting his 18-year birthday celebration to move permanently.
The Nimba FC attacker has several caps with the National Soccer team of Liberia, Lone Star. Many Liberian football supporters have expressed great optimism about the boy’s future on social media since the information was released by seasoned Italian sports journalists.
