Monrovia, Liberia – According to political analyst Abdullai Kiatamba, the CDC 2023 Campaign was a disastrous attempt by a disorganized and disjointed group of people. During his appearance on Monday, December 4, 2023, as a guest on OK Morning Rush, a local radio program in Liberia, Kiatamba declared that the CDC 2023 Campaign was the worst he had ever seen, with nothing at all planned.

He claimed that the campaign’s messaging was awful and mentioned that insufficient team briefings preceded interactions with voters in the run-up to the 2023 elections was not well organized and convincing enough to gain the electorates votes.

Kiatamba claimed that the CDC campaign team ought to have given President Weah appropriate advice on how to interact with the public in various settings while taking into account their various circumstances.

The ruling CDC lost to the UP in the 2023 presidential run-off. On Monday, November 20, 2023, the NEC declared the UP candidate Joseph N. Boakai winner with a vote 814,481 or 50.64% and CDC 793,914 or 49.36%.
