BUT NYANPLU RESIGN WITHIN 24 HOURS

Monrovia, Liberia – Matthew Nyanplu has been suspended by President Joseph N. Boakai from his role as the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs, and Tourism’s Assistant Minister for Information Services.

Assistant Minister Nyanplu was disciplined for violating intra-agency communication protocols, eschewing best practice standards, and acting in a manner unfit for a government official, particularly one serving as a spokesman, according to a November 16, 2024, Executive Mansion release.
