Capitol Hill, Monrovia – The 176th Liberian Independence Day orator will be Chief Zanzor Kawor, who serves as the leader of the Chiefs and Elders of the Traditional Council of Liberia. Amb. D. Maxwell Kemayah disclosed the information on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at the regular press conference held by the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs, and Tourism (MICAT) in Monrovia.
This, he said, is unprecedented in the history of the Republic of Liberia for the Traditional People of this country to be recognized and given the opportunity to perform National duty. Despite political differences, every citizen of President Weah’s government is given the opportunity to serve their country, according to the Liberian Diploma.
The Independent Day Orator is a respected Traditional Leader in the nation, so having him serve as this year’s Independent Day Orator means a lot to the government and people of Liberia.
