Former Montserrado County district #2 Lawmaker Sekou Kanneh has declared his intention to re-contest the representative position in the upcoming 2023 General Election

Speaking on the Ok Morning Rush the former district #2 Lawmaker said he have received many calls from the resident of district #2 asking him to re-contest the representative seat in that district.

Sekou Kanneh expressed that he has accepted the request of the people to contest because they want him to complete his unfinished project in the district.

He added that he supports the decision of the Unity party for pulling out of the Collaborating political party in order to found Collaboration, with institutions that will promote the interest of the collaboration and the Liberian people.

The former District # 2 lawmaker informed the public that he is prepared to work with the unity party in the Upcoming 2023 general Elections. He noted that the Unity Party is prepared to take on the leadership of the Country as they did it before and promised this time, it is going to be better under the current leadership of standard barrier Amb. Joseph Boakai.
