Liberty Party vice-Chair Senator Abraham Dirus Dillon has revealed that Musa Bility will be removed as Chairman of the Liberty Party for acts inimical to his role as a leader.

Liberty Party in a statement issued Monday and signed by its Chairman Musa Bility suspended Political Leader Senator Nyonblee Karngar-Lawrence, Vice Chair Senator Dillon, and others for their alleged failure to pay dues.

Senators Lawrence and Dillon have since denied the claim brought against them in the statement signed by Chairman Bility and said they are in good standing with the Liberty Party.

But Senator Dillon maintained that his party’s Chairman Bility will be expelled on grounds that he actually altered two provisions within the Liberty Party constitution consistent with the rule of law. He noted that Chairman Bility’s admittance to altering the constitution amounted to criminality and described Bility’s alleged action as being criminal.

In a related development, Montserrado County Senator Darius Dillon has described the 2021/2022 National draft budget as a budget meant to enrich public officials and keep the country population poor.

\According to Senator Dillon, it is unrealistic for more monies to be allocated to the president and lawmakers’ offices while key institutions, including the ministries of health and education, are receiving less monies for operational purposes.
