Monrovia, Liberia – A twenty-two-year-old man has been charged and forwarded to court for allegedly raping a nine-year-old minor in the Chicken Soup Factory Community. Defendant Tamba Taylor was arrested on July 18, 2023, at his Chicken Soup Factory Community.
The victim allegedly stated that on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, her mother sent her out to buy food on the street. While defendant Taylor was on the phone in front of his room at the time she passed, he reportedly pulled her in his room and ordered her to remove her clothes.
She went on to describe how the defendant made her bend over, which she did, and how he then began having sex with her.
