AHEAD OF OCTOBER 10, 2023 ELECTIONS

Kakata, Margibi County – Ahead of the October 10 Presidential and Legislative elections, the African Liberation League (ALL) elected Madam Sara Beysolow Nyanti as its standard bearer on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, through the National Executive Committee. Speaking at a Special General Council Convention in Kakata, City, Margibi County, the party’s National Chairman Kansuslism B. Kansuah underlined the party’s dedication to liberating the people of Liberia when given state power.

According to Kansuslism, they will keep working for every Liberian, and they are ready and prepared to collaborate with anyone who has goals and aspirations that are comparable to their own. When Madam Sara Beysolow Nyanti becomes president of Liberia in 2024, the country would start to experience huge development, and citizen living standards will improve, he claimed.

Kansuslism added that the election of Madam Nyanti by the Special General Council Committee was the proper move and meant a lot. He noted that it also demonstrates the party’s interest in women’s engagement in all aspects of society. ”Madam Nyanti is just one example of how important women are to the evolution of our nation.”

Madam Sara Beysolow Nyanti, on her part, thanked the members of the Special General Council committee for their trust in her and said, Liberia has to change. She argued that no one person or one tribe could solve the problems that Liberians are currently facing; instead, all citizens must work together to find solutions.

The lone female presidential candidate in the 2023 elections said, the lack of chances for young people, as well as inadequate health care and education, are factors in her choice to run for the country’s highest office.

”In order to help the next generation and develop the capacity of our brothers and sisters who do not have that opportunity, we accepted the challenge and joined this party. We can help our nation develop if we work together, I say to you today. Every woman in the nation needs to be inspired by my decision to join the team today.”
