The All Liberian Party (ALP) a constituent member of the gradual deforming Collaborating Political Parties ( CPP) through its National chairman Mr. Theodore Momo has issued a write of arrest through the Monrovia City court against the Alternative National Congress Political leader Alexander B. Cummings for the crimes of Forgery and criminal conspiracy.
According to the write of arrest issues by the Monrovia city court Monday, January 3, 2022, which states that ” you are hereby commanded to arrest the living bodies of Mr. Alexander B. Cummings and others to be identified before the Monrovia City Court at the Temple of Justice to answer to the crimes of forgery and criminal conspiracy.
The write continued that based upon the writ and complaints of the republic of Liberia through the All Liberian Party by and through its national chairman which it substantially alleged that during the period of May 2020 upon and including July 2020 that the within named defendants being there and there in violation of section 17.70 of the new penal law of Liberia, purposely connived, conspired and jointly did after the CPP framework documents through deceiving the private prosecutor and the Public regarding the content and averments of said documents.
Especially the period a party may exit from the CPP which was under solved, but that the said defendants out of deception surrorptionsly out of same thereby making it to appears that the part has formally resolved that issue and others appertaining therein. The alleged Act of the Defendants being unlawful wicked criminal, illegal and intentional is in violation of section 15.70 and 2 of the new panel law of Liberia the defendants did do and commit.
But the ANC Political Leader spoke to the BBC saying he has not received a writ of arrest from anyone but saw it on the Facebook social media platform. He alleged that the ALP Political Leader is being used by the Weah led government, and promised to make Mr. Weah a one-term president. When asked about the allegations against in the writ, Mr. Cummings said, they are all false and misleading. He informed the public that no constitution was author. “THE DOCUMENTS WERE REVIEWED AND ACCEPTED BY ALL PARTIES”, Mr. Cummings noted. He termed the accusation as baseless and political and promised to work with his team of lawyers in responding to the court when they have receive the writ.
