Monrovia, Liberia – A 32-year-old man identified as Bennett Duncan has been arrested, charged, and forwarded to Court for impersonating a Police Officer. Defendant Duncan was arrested on July 4, 2023, at about 10 PM at the Barnesville Junction checkpoint while carrying out his usual duties.
