Liberia’s new chief Justice Sie-A- G. Yuoh is recommending 100% female justices on the Supreme Court bench. According to Chief Justice Yuoh, her ascendency to the position of Chief Justice is the third time the Supreme Court had a woman serving as Chief Justice within 175 years of independence. Ahead of the general and presidential elections in 2023, one Liberian was killed at the National Patriotic Party’s (NPP) recently concluded primary. It has been verified by Chief Cyril Allen, one of the NPP’s founding members, he added that Vice President Jewel H. Over 225 flood victims have benefited from the Catholic Relief Services Emergency response program. From July 2022 to the present, there have been several days of heavy downpours of rain in Liberia.
