Liberia FIFA Referee George S. Rogers, Jr. has been appointed by CAF as one of its General Coordinators (GC) and has subsequently been invited to Cairo, Egypt on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, to conclude the training for such appointment. The international FIFA referee has been participating in online training with CAF since March of this year in his supposed new role as GC. CAF has confirmed the assumption of LFA President Mustapha Raji to the position of president of West Africa Zone A taking over from former president Mamadou Antonio Souare until its next General Assembly. A 50 man from Africa New Stars Sports Academy comprised of players, technical staff, officials, and medical team have arrived in Freetown, Sierra Leone to participate in the maiden edition of the Western Area Football Association international Youth Championship. Aggrieved staffers of the Liberian Senate have given the Senate a 24-hour ultimatum to settle their ten months salaries arrears in the tone of over US$34,430 or risk unspecified actions. It is established that the LWSC 100 day revenue collection Action plan is intended to empower the Corporation for the purpose of increased revenue generation.
