    Monrovia, Liberia – With Less than 50 days until the conduct of the October 10, 2023, Presidential and Legislative elections, Opposition Unity Party Standard Bearer Amb. Joseph Nyuma Boakai has officially named his full Campaign team members charged with the responsibility to Campaign across the country.

    Speaking at the occasion on Monday, August 14, 2023, in Monrovia, the UP standard bearer Lauded all Liberians for their support as the Party embarks on the task of rescuing the country from the claws of greed, juvenile leadership, divisiveness, benign neglect, and disdain.

    Amb. Boakai said the CDC-led government has distributed poverty, wrecked deaths and misery, and demonstrated outright incompetence over the years.

    He stated that the CDC campaign will be characterized by fear, intimidation, and thuggery.
    He cautioned UP sympathizers, partisans, and supporters to turn out en masse and campaign without fear and to resist any attempt at intimidation from the ruling establishment.

    “Our ultimate goal is to kick them out of power, redeem our country, and restore the dignity of our people once again”.

    The Unity Party Standard Bearer went on to say that the campaign is to reclaim the soul of the nation, a national call to rally citizens of our country for a rescue Mission to reverse the hardship being inflicted on our nation and families over the past six years. The Unity Party Standard Bearer’s comments were contained in a Special Statement delivered at the National Campaign Headquarters in Sinkor.
