Bong Citizens Intensify Calls for Kpatawee Road Paving and Artificial Turf at David Kuyon Sports Stadiumg.

Bong County – A powerful advocacy campaign has been launched by Bong County journalists and concerned individuals to urge the government to give the paving of the Kpatawee Road top priority. Enhancing road access to Kpatawee Waterfall, one of Liberia’s most famous tourist attractions, is the goal of the initiative.

In addition to the road project, there are increasing calls for the David Kuyon Sports Stadium in Gbarnga to install artificial turf. Prominent voices like Real Bongese and other concerned youth and sports fans passionately echoed the appeal. Proponents contend that the current field does not accurately reflect Bong County’s standing as a major center and frequent location for the National County Sports Meet.

According to Mr. Redd and Real Bongese, enhancing sports facilities and infrastructure is essential for economic development, safety, and leisure. There is increasing appeal noting that modernizing sports and promoting tourism go hand in hand in order to improve Bong County’s prospects and reputation.
