Tete Wise and Decontee Williams hit home as Community Youth Empowerment (CYE) defeated Destiny Kickball club 2-0 home runs to qualify for the quarter-finals stage of the Zeogar Wilson Cup.
The match which was one of several matches played on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at the SKD Sports Complex in Paynesville produced huge attendance.
Girls of Aries also defeated Barnesville Super Star 3-0 home runs to book her quarter-finals slot as well, while Ecclesiastes got a surprise 4-3 win over Royal Sisters to also moved to the quarter.
CYE will now meet Kamara Kickball club in the quarter-finals.
In other quarter-finals matches, Victory Sports VS Ecclesiastes, Girls of Aries VS Suah Kickball club, and Tina Kickball club VS Organization Girls.
The matches are expected to be played on June 8, 2022.
