Disable Liberia Citizens Cry for Help

Monrovia, Liberia – Liberian Disabled citizens has lament a life-threatening condition, citing everyday struggles with housing, food, healthcare, and help for disabled children. Several disability-related groups in Monrovia expressed dissatisfaction with the “life-threatening conditions” that they and their families are forced to live.

The organisation listed some of the difficulties they face as being the lack of food, shelter, medical attention, and help for their children’s education through their spokesperson Elijah Famah.

Famah claimed that these circumstances are intolerable for them and that they feel abandoned by both the nation’s past and present leaders. She also claimed that they are in urgent need of assistance.
