Grand Bassa University Suspends Academic Activities due to Damage Bridge

Grand Bassa County – Reports from Grand Bassa County say the administration of Grand Bassa University has suspended academic activities for two days due to the inaccessibility of the bridge leading to the university’s main campus.

Students and administrators had to use a temporary bridge after nearly four years of damage to the main bridge connecting Buchanan to Painsberry, the university’s location.

After the Ministry of Public Works had a groundbreaking ceremony, Isaac Ceegar, a spokesman for the university, informed the public that there has been a delay from the federal government.
