IE relegation survival gets great boost following win over Club Breweries

Eleven relegation survival in the ongoing Orange 1st division league gets the green light after a 3-0 hammering of Monrovia Club Breweries on Sunday at the SKD practice pitch in Paynesville.

The win gave them 15 points from 18 matches and they are level on points with 10th place Sandi FC who lost 2 goals to 1 at the hands of Watanga FC at the Nancy Doe Stadium in Kakata City, Margibi County.

Table leaders, Freeport FC title hope got a serious setback when they lost 4 goals to 2 to the league defending champions, LPRC Oilers at the Tusa field in Garnerville.

In the late kick-off at that venue, Mighty Barrole and LISCR FC settled to a 2-2 draw.

In other matches, Bea Mountain and Nimba United collected 2-1 away wins each at the expense of Nimba Kwadoe and Heaven Eleven.
