The Liberia council of churches officially dedicated its renovated building on 15th street, sinkor. The structure is mainly used for secretarial purposes, the ceremony took place on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, in Monrovia Montserrado County.
Speaking at the dedication ceremony, the General Secretary of the LCC Rev. Christopher Wleh Toe I, said he considered it an opportunity to serve the LCC since his ascendency as General Secretary in November 2017 when the current LCC 15th street facilitates was in a dilapidated state.
He embraced himself with the challenge as he reflected on Nehemiah chapter 4 which speaks about rebuilding as he took up the task to improve the structure owing to the fact that the church should be reflective of itself.
He thanked the leadership of the LCC headed by Bishop Korto Brown, partners of the LCC along with standing committees heads and members including staff of the secretariat of the LCC for their enormous support in helping make the LCC facilitate what it is today.

For his part, Bishop Kortu K. Brown lauded the General Secretary and his team for a job well done. He reflected on his visit to the Sierra Leonian Council of churches 17 years ago, wherein the facilities are well structured as compared to her Liberia counterpart but consider the dedication ceremony as a step forward to meet up with other councils of churches in the West Africa sub-region.
During the end of the dedication ceremony, a special dedication prayer was offered by the Administrative Assistant to the Bishop of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, Rev. Roseline Barnes.
