LDEA Officer-in-Charge Fitzgerald Biago Visits Bomi

Reaffirms Anti-Drug Commitment

Tubmanburg, Bomi County – As part of an ongoing efforts to combat illicit drug activities in western Liberia the Officer-in-Charge of the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA), Fitzgerald Biago, has visited Tubmanburg, Bomi, County.

During the visit, Biago spoke to reporters and reiterated the LDEA’s steadfast dedication to eliminating illegal substances nationwide, discribing it as an essential component of the agency’s national anti-drug effort.


He underlined his leadership vision of creating a LDEA that is competent, credible, and responsive while operating with honesty, discipline, and a commitment to public service.


Biago vowed to persistently pursue offenders, disrupt criminal networks, and bring those responsible to justice in a severe warning to drug traffickers.


Additionally, he warned LDEA employees not to collude with drug traffickers or engage in corruption, saying that “anyone caught doing so will face the law and be fired.”
