    LFA Elections Committee release names of qualified candidates for April 18 Elective Congress

    The Chairman of the 2022 LFA Elections Committee, Cllr Jacob Dayrell has released the names of qualified candidates to contest April 18, 2022, Elective Congress.

    Cllr Dayrell made the disclosure at a news conference on Friday, 25 March at the ATS in Monrovia.

    According to him, the Elections Committee of the LFA received 22 applicants for various positions of the upcoming congress and 21 of the candidates met the full requirements while one candidate was disqualified due to failed requirements.

    “Following thorough vetting and or scrutiny of candidature submitted by aspirants to the Elections Committee, the below listed 21 out of 22 aspirants have certified all the prescribed requirements and are hereby declared qualified candidates for the ensuing elections of the Liberia Football Association in the various categories hereinbelow”, Cllr Dayrell asserted.

    Chairman Dayrell named aspirant John T. Winn for Executive Committee Member as the only candidate that did not meet the minimum academic requirement prescribed (High School Diploma) and was therefore considered disqualified.

    Below are the names of the 21qualified candidates disclosed by the 2022 LFA Elections Committee for the 18 April Elective Congress:
