Fish Town, River Gee County – The installation of power meters in Fish Town, River Gee County, has started, according to LibEnergy Manager Henry G. Hodge. This decision came after a meeting with the County Authority.

More than 100 meters are available to begin metering residences in Fish Town, according to Hodge. The cost of each meter is $110 USD, which may be paid for in 13 monthly installments of $8.50. Customers will become the official owners of the meter once they have made all of their payments.
He noted that trained personnel will be on hand daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the LibEnergy office in Fish Town to assist with the new system. These employees will help residents replenish their meters. Additionally, it is reported that LibEnergy intends to provide all metered residences with fliers that include information on how to recharge the meters.
According to Hodge, users only pay for the electricity they use when using meters, which can help with River Gee County’s persistent power problems. They don’t lose money if the power goes out because their credit is still on the meter, and they can resume using their electricity stress-free when it comes back on. Meters are safer because they can avoid electrical shocks, Hodge highlighted.
Compared to the conventional electricity grid, they are a more secure choice because a problem won’t effect households right away. For a safer home, he urged everyone to embrace the use of meters.
Hodge likened the meters to cell phones, saying that consuming electricity with meters necessitates recharging to keep the power on, much as using more phone credit does. It is reported that the goal of LibEnergy’s new meter system is to increase Fish Town residents’ access to and dependability of electricity.
