Paynesville, Liberian – The Liberia National Wheelchair Basketball Federation has installed an Executive Committee membership to spearhead its activities for the next five years. There were eleven people in the Paynesville membership that was installed over the weekend.

The following people were inducted: Mr. Claudius Thompson, Technical Director; Mrs. Sara Wallace, Treasurer; Mr. Klonnious Blamo, Secretary General; Mrs. Doris Kamara, Assistant Secretary General; and Ambassador Lionel Johnson, President.

Others include Mr. Patrick Logan, Director of Coaching; Ayon Bedell, Classification Director; Joyce Adama, Director of Women and Youth; Mwalimbu Emmanuel Boley, Competitions Director; and James Budu Prow, Players Representative.

Following their induction, the President of the Executive Committee membership of the Liberia Wheel Chair Basketball Federation, Amb. Lionel Johnson called on the government to include them in the annual national budget.
