Monrovia, Liberia – Chinese Ambassador to Liberia, Yin Chengwu on Tuesday, November 11, met withH.E. Sara Beysolow Nyanti, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia. Yin presented the main ideas of the Communist Party of China’s 20th Central Committee’s Fourth Plenary Session.
He said at the meeting that China’s 15th Five-Year Plan period will create a new phase of win-win cooperation and deepen high-standard opening up, which will offer Liberia and other countries new opportunities.

The ambassador stated that China is prepared to collaborate with Liberia in order to strengthen the ongoing development of the strategic partnership between China and Liberia and to move forward with the implementation of the conclusions of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit and the meeting between the two heads of state.

Speaking favorably of the growth of bilateral ties, H.E. Nyanti stated that Liberia is prepared to increase collaboration with China and cooperate to further the strategic alliance between the two nations.
