    LINSU President Makes Appointments Effecting Bureau Of Press, Others.

    Monrovia, Liberia – The President of the Liberia National Students’ Union (LINSU), James Gbelee Washington has made additional appointments effecting the Bureau of Press and Public Affairs, as well as the Executive Committee. According to LINSU press release dated February 24, 2025, the newly appointed officials will play crucial roles in coordinating the affairs of the student’s body as well as representing the institution to the public in their respective capacities.

    At the Bureau of Press and Public Affairs, President Washington appointed Henry Jerome Varfee as Director of Press and Public Affairs, Lawrence Gray, Deputy Director for Public Affairs, Thomas Theophilus Hallie Deputy Director for Media Services, Remie Yormi, Deputy Director for High School Press, Sekou Donzo, Secretary General and David Mayborn Zubah, Assistant Secretary.

    The LINSU President also appointed Moh Ali Kenneh, Charles B. Howard, George Theo Brown, Jessica A. Morris, Mark Jawulu, Elijah Tarnue, Thomas Martin and Yusuf kamara, Kehwon Tokpa as members on Analysts Public Affairs.

    Also, at Analysts Media Services, President Washington appointed Mohammed Koromah, Jonah George, Paul Dolo, Mariam Garblah, Yassah Zubah and Venus Kpankpala Chea Jabbah.

    As members of Analysts High School Press board, Solomon Zondo, Mohammed A.C Dukuly, Unison Gonkanue, David Watson, Elton Blackie, Varfee A. Kamara, Prince Baquendo , Armah Boakai and Jeremiah Tamba.

    Those appointments, according to LINSU President, takes effect immediately and appointees are expected to execute their duties in alignment with the laws and values of the Liberia National Students’ Union.
