FOR ALLEGELY CARRING THIRTEEN PIECES OF SINGLE BARREL GUNS
Lofa port – The Liberia immigration service has arrested a 45-year-old Guinean identified as Siaka Fofana with thirteen pieces of a single-barrel gun at the Lofa port of entry.
LIS commissional general Robber Budy disclosed that Fofana was detained while attempting to enter Liberia with a significant quantity of single-barrel guns.
The investigation, according to Budy, has shown that the suspect now holds a biometric voter card. However, according to the LIS, it is employing all of its capabilities to stop any international illicit activity.
The head of immigration has since assured Liberians of the LIS commitment to resolving such problems.
