AS INVESTIGATION CONTINUES
Bewerville, Montserrado County – On suspicion of trying to kill his fiance, Jessica Lloyd, 32-year-old American Lucas Richard was arrested and booked into jail. There are rumors that Richard is already married and residing in the US.
Richard, the defendant, was apprehended and held on September 14, 2023, in the Dixville Community after he was able to get away from the location where he was allegedly planning to slice Jessica’s throat. This comes after a careful investigation by the Crime Services Division of the Liberia National Police.
The court has remanded Richards, the accused party in this instance, into detention pending trial.
YWAM Bible Mission on Roberts Field High Way, where he worked as a Teacher, is where Jessica and the defendant, Richard, allegedly first met in 2022, according to police investigation.
