    Musa Hassan Bility, Martin Kollah Drag  to  Court for Multiple Crimes

    The chairman of the  Liberty  Party  Musa Hassan Bility and the  Secretary-General of the  Liberty  Party has been dragged to Court for  Multiple  Crimes ranging from  Forgery Criminal  Conspiracy and  Criminal  Facilitation by the Republic of  Liberia through   Romeo  Coker, Jeremy  Russell, and  Napoleon  Weah of the city of  Monrovia.

    The write of Arrest stated that during the period of January  2021 in the  City of  Monrovia, Montserrado and Gbarnga, Bong county respectively,  the  Defendants being there and then with the intent to deceive the  Membership and  Partisans of the  Liberty  Party as well as the  Public, Connived and conspired and purposely Criminally and international did alter the Constitution of the  Liberty  Party at it Convention and summited the said documents to the National  Elections Commission.

    It also states that knowing fully well that they were not authorized to do so, neither were they the convener of the said convention with wicked and Criminal intent.

    The Alleged act of the Defendants being unlawful, Criminal illegal, and intentional is in Violations of section  15.70 and 10.2,10.3 of the  New panel  Law of Liberia there and then the  Crimes herein the Defendants did do and commit.

    Speaking to Reports231 at the  Temple of Justice in  Monrovia, a Defense lawyer headed by  Cllr.  Arthur  Johnson said, his clients did not commit the Action mentioned by the three  Liberty  Party members. He said he will do all it takes to respond to the Empty writ of arrest been issued by the  Government of Liberia and the three  Liberty  Party members in the soonest possible time in keeping with the status of the  Law. It is established Liberty Party Leader and some key actors in the party accused the chairman of the party of said actions. As it stands, the party has two chairmen including Chairman Bility and former Chairman Steve Zargo.
