NCHE Director Dr. Cassell Applauds Sharda University’s Contribution at Study in India Education Fair

Monrovia, Liberia – Dr. Cecelia Cassell, Director of the National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE) of Liberia has emphasized the value of a top-notch international education for Liberian students and praised organizations that are giving young people access to opportunities around the world.
