Monrovia, Liberia – The final deduplication and adjudication of voter data obtained from the most current biometric voter registration through the National Elections Commission’s Central Management System has begun. Through its Central Management System, the National Elections Commission has started the final deduplication and adjudication process for the voter data it collected from the 2,080 voter registration locations throughout Liberia.
The procedure was carried out after the Phase Two counties’ data synchronization was finished. According to a press release from the commission on Sunday, May 21, 2023. Some duplicate registrations and registrations by minors have been found, and their voter information has been deactivated pending further examination.
All ineligible registrations should be deleted, and in situations where there is/are alleged criminal motivations, the Ministry of Justice should be contacted right away. The Commission stated that it would make the initial registration numbers public in the upcoming days.
