Monrovia, Liberia – Following repeat votes in Bio Lontuo, District #4 Nimba County, the National votes Commission announced it will announce the results of the presidential election nationally this Tuesday, October 24, 2023. The names of the victors of the legislative elections that the commission held will be made public, according to NEC Chairperson Davidetta Brown Lassanah, who made the announcement over the weekend.
She continued by saying that the NEC Magistrate in Nimba County is tallying the results of the polls for the two polling stations in Bio Lontuo, Nimba District #4, which were successfully held. on Friday, October 20, 2023, there ws a runoff in Nimba County District #4 due to electrol mul-pratice in that part of the county.
It is well know that with the result from Nimba, there is still going to be a run-off between the former Unity Party and the ruling CDC.
