New Commerce Minister Expresses Optimism of Changing Liberia’s Business Climate within Two Years

Monrovia, Liberia – Amin Modad, the minister of commerce for Liberia, has optimisticsm that within two years, the economic environment in his country will change. He stated that all parties involved in the business sector must work together to make this achievable.

According to Minister Modad, this will be achievable with the cooperative efforts of all parties involved, particularly small and medium-sized businesses that are contributing in various ways.

He claimed that everything is part of the President’s ARREST agenda, which he said the government is dedicated to achieving significant progress on.

The Commerce Minister made the statement on Tuesday, March 18, 2024, at the Ministerial Complex during the African Export-Import Bank Liberia Trade Road Show.
