NSA Officer imprisoned for allegedly sodomizing a minor

Capitol Hill, Monrovia – A National Security Agency officer was arrested on charges of sexually abusing a 16-year-old boy, and the Monrovia City Court on Monday ordered his imprisonment. Following police charges of gang rape, statutory rape, and kidnapping, the 63-year-old defendant, Peter Bon Jallah, was placed under arrest pending trial.

The charge sheet submitted by the Liberia National Police states that Jallah was taken into custody on January 7, 2026, and that the Women and Children Protection Section (WACPS) looked into the matter after the victim’s mother filed a complaint.

The victim, who goes by the initials A.H.B.A. to protect his identity, was allegedly sexually abused several times between November 29 and December 24, 2025, at Jallah’s home in the Air Field, Sinkor Sharks Community, where the boy allegedly did household chores for meager payments.

Investigators further claim that on January 1, 2026, the defendant enticed the boy with the promise of purchasing football boots, took him to a property on Camp Johnson Road, and kept him there until January 3, when Jallah and two unnamed adult males allegedly gang-raped him.

According to police, the victim claimed that prior to the alleged assault, he was given food that made him feel lightheaded. Investigators claim that late on January 3, 2026, the victim was abandoned on 15th Street, Sinkor, close to Payne Avenue. Passersby discovered him in trouble and helped get in touch with his family. After that, the youngster was brought to the John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, where he is currently receiving medical attention.

Police referenced a medical report from the hospital’s One-Stop Center that showed physical injuries consistent with sexual assault. According to police preliminary investigations, the defendant’s account was contradicted by witness testimony, crime-scene visits, and GSM phone data that placed him close to the claimed crime scenes. The victim gave a precise description of the defendant’s home and car, according to investigators.

Jallah has denied all charges, telling officers that the victim had never entered his compound and that he had never interacted with the child. After meeting with the suspect, witnesses, victim, and complaint, police declared they had probable cause to file charges.

WACPS detectives have formally charged Jallah and “other persons to be identified” with kidnapping under Section 14.50(1) of Liberia’s Penal Law, gang rape under Section 14.70(2), and statutory rape under Section 14.70(b). The case is presently being heard by a court of competent jurisdiction.
