Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence LP withdraw from CPP

The Political Leader of the Liberty Party, Hon. Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence has decided with her fashion of the Liberty Party to exit the Collaborating Political Party (CPP).

Addressing a press conference on Monday, March 21, 2022, in Monrovia, the Party expressed that it it believe that the decision yields to the calls of Liberians to have the opposition regroup and focus on preparing for the 2023 General and Presidential elections.

Responding to the decision the LP, the Unity Party welcomes the decision of the Liberty Party (LP) to withdraw from the Collaborating Political Parties (CPP) as mandated by its National Advisory Council and announced by its National Executive Committee.

They expressed while the initial efforts to consolidate an opposition alliance did not materialize through the CPP, the Unity Party reiterates its willingness to continue partnership with the Political Leader of the Liberty Party, Sen. Nyonblee Karnga Lawrence and the Liberty Party.
