Monrovia, Liberia – The Director General of the Paynesville City Police Melvin K. Tolbert has received a certificate of honor from a group called “Concerned Journalists Association of Liberia (CJAL)” for his outstanding outstanding performances at the Paynesville City Police.
Presenting the certificate to Director Tolbert Friday, November 1, 2024 in Paynesville, Journalist Lawerence Kamara, CJAL Secretary General said the recognition is also in with Tolbert’s proper representations of the citizens and country at large and personal contribution to individuals.
Journalist Kamara said, “In insincere recognition of your workings at the Paynesville City Police, in terms of proper representation of citizens and country at large and your personal contribution to individuals, the Management and staff of the Concerned Journalists Association of Liberia have decided to honor you as an outstanding Public Administration of the year 2024.”
The Liberian journalist also told the gathering that the institution (CJAL) focuses on all individuals regardless of your profession that is impacting people’s lives.
According to him, after a careful observation, the institution deems it necessary to honor Hon. Tolbert for his services to humanity and the society.
Receiving the certificate, Director Tolbert expressed profound gratitude to the organization for recognizing him as the outstanding public administrator for the year 2024 in Paynesville.
He added that the certificate is a personal recognition, but acknowledges that the award goes to the entire Paynesville City management that helped in reaching the standards.
However, the Paynesville City Police Director rain praises on the Mayor of the City of Paynesville city for his unwavering and many contributions to the City police.
