Pres. Weah Casts Vote

Paynesville, Montserrado County – In his quest for reelection, George Manneh Weah, the president of Liberia, has cast his ballot. The Liberian Leader cast his ballot at the LRJ Community, Kendeja Elementary School, on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, alongside his wife and Cham Weah.

President George Manneh asked citizens to uphold the peace by using their democratic rights and abstaining from violence in a speech to journalists following his vote process.

He asserted that peace is the best course of action, pointing out that although the electoral process will succeed, all of the populace will continue to be Liberians.

Let us keep the peace. We are happy that the process is very safe and everybody is voting. So we want our people to come out and exercise their democratic rights to vote. we hope that it remains like this so that everybody vote their choice.”
