Montserrado County District #13 Representative Edward Flomo has commenced the rehabilitation of major roads in the district. Representative Flomo as part of his initiative undertook the erection of the Chocolate City Road which has been in a deplorable situation for some time.
Speaking to reporters on Monday, November 29, 2021, Representative Flomo indicated that the lack of roads in the district is a major challenge for locals; a situation he committed himself to address if elected.
He added that the project was made possible through the office of Montserrado County senator Saah Joseph who provided the yellow machine to his office for one-week operational works on the road.
Representative Flomo asserted that the reopening of roads in the district will ease the movement of the people, especially those seeking medication from other communities like chocolate cite, which hosts one of the biggest clinics in the district.
Representative Edward Flomo at the same time commissioned a street light installation project for the chocolate city community in his district.
