Richardson makes Bomi County 25-man squad

Monrovia, Liberia – Lamuel Richardson, a 17-year-old, has been added to Coach Mohammed Dunbar’s 25-man Bomi County football team roster for the upcoming National County Sports Meet. The offensive midfielder for Africa New Stars Sports Academy is one of the few young athletes with bright futures. His flawless ball control, accuracy in passing, abilities, pace, and exquisite game reading pushed him ahead of many younger players.

Several local coaches have praised Coach Dunbar’s decision to include him in his 25-man roster. Previously, Lamuel Richardson was a key player in his club, Africa New Stars Sports Academy,’s outstanding results in two international competitions held in Sierra Leone.

Meanwhile, Bomi County is paired in Group B alongside Grand Cape Mount, Gbarpolu, and Montserrado Counties. Their matches are due at the ATS in Monrovia. Bomi County will take on Grand Cape Mount in their opening match on Sunday, December 17, 2023.
