Monrovia, Liberia – A Representative Aspirant in District #12 Montserrado County, Prof. Paye S. Gbelayan has broken ground for the construction of a modern market in the Shoe Factory Community. The Construction of the modern Market is estimated at over USD$ 16,000.00.
According to Prof. Gbrlayan, the construction of the market is his own way of giving back to the Shoe Factory community which he has resided for the past fifteen (15) years. He added that marketers of the community have long waited for their market to be modernized and it was about time that he brings hope to market women.
The district #12 third times Representative Aspirant was speaking over the weekend when he broke group for the construction of the modern market in Gardnerville, Shoe Factory. He said, the market women deserve better as such, where they sell in order to provide for their homes need to be improved.
Prof. Gbelayan used the occasion to enlighten the minds of the marketers to elect him as the district next Representative for more development initiatives. He also promised to provide financial assistance to the Shoe Factory market women to improve their businesses.
Prof. Gbelayan noted that the people of District #12 should reject fail and politicians who do not have the District at heart. It’s time the District choose a son of the land and not strangers, he said, adding that he is the greatest option because he has lived among the people and understands their suffering.
Adexter Julue, the chairman of the Shoe Factory community, praised the Representative Candidate for taking such a step in his neighborhood. Chairman Julue claims that the marketers’ hope has been revived once more. Chairman Julue claimed that politicians had neglected the Shoe Factory market for many years.
He, however, point out that the development of the current market will relieve the marketers and the general populace.
