Buchana City, Grand Bassa County – The T. Jalloh Movement for the re-election of President George Manneh Weah has been launched in Buchana City, Grand Bassa County. According to the organization, the movement is to propagate the message to re-elect Mr. Weah in the October 10, 2023, elections.

They assert that President Weah has carried out a number of initiatives they believe he should have finished for the Liberian people. They continued by saying he merits a second term as president of Liberia because of the years of dedication he has put forth since he assumed that position.

Inaugurating the Grand Bassa Chapter of the T. Jalloh Movement for the Re-election of President George Manneh Weah, Executive Member of the CDC Auxiliary Matthew Fannayou said the group of Bassadians’ aims to spread the word to re-elect Mr. Weah are in the right direction.

In order to strengthen the chapter’s full authentication in the county, CDC Auxiliary leadership will also pay a formal visit to the chapter, he continued. He exhorted the residents of Bassa to join the team and aid in spreading the CDC’s message.

All members were urged to express interest in the T. Jalloh Movement for the Re-election of President George Manneh Weah by Mohammed Bah, the movement’s national chairman. He claimed that Mr. Weah has devoted his life to the advancement of Liberia and its citizens.

Ousman T. Jalloh, the movement’s founder, expressed happiness over the Bassa people’s desire to support Mr. Weah’s reelection. President Weah, he said, has done enough for the Muslim community to merit reelection.

    T. Jalloh asserted that President Weah is the first leader in Liberian history to choose a Muslim as a religious advisor. He claimed that the president’s approach to unifying the Liberians is demonstrated by this act of unity for the Muslim community.

Mr. Jalloh, President George Manneh Weah’s Religious Advisor on Islamic Affairs, made a commitment to the Liberian Leader that he and his group will travel throughout all of Liberia to spread Mr. Weah’s positive message and to urge people to vote for him again.

Abraham Barry of Grand Bassa County was chosen as the county’s head for the T. Jalloh Movement for the re-election of President George Manneh Weah and given the responsibility of electing additional county leaders who support the movement.

Ayouba Kamara, Chairperson of the Muslim Community, was appointed as Board Chair of the Chapter and was also given instructions to add other people on the board. Eddie Levi Williams, the recent appointed Grand Bassa County Superintendent, was appointed as Direct Consultant for Movement i Grand Bassa County.
