DONATES FOOD AND NON-FOOD ITEMS TO UNDER PRIVILEDGE
Monrovia, Liberia – United Sisters Association Celebrates 3rd Anniversary. The Association is a non-profit women’s group that engages in charity and creates a safe space for people suffering from depression, especially women. The association has made several donations to Antoinette Tubman Chesire home of disables on 10th street, landside with fooditems and toiletries. We reached out to the Newport junior high school with schools materials such as copy books, pencil, sharpeners, socks, book bags, etc.
In honor of the occasion, the group gave non-food and food goods to the Paynesville-based Rescue For Abandoned & Children in Hardship (REACH).
After the donation, the association’s president, Madam Tetee Tequah Wisseh, thanked and showed gratitude to the group members and supporters in a statement to the media.
The donation, she continued, is a component of the association’s efforts to support the underprivileged and underserved members of society. The association will carry on with these initiatives for the benefit of Liberian society, Madam Teetu said.
The president simultaneously appealed on well-meaning Liberians, institutions, and other assistance organizations operating both inside and outside of Liberia to make contributions to the association so that it might carry on its great legacy of saving lives and advancing better living.
United Sister Association believe in the theory that says, you only live when you put smiles on someone’s face.
