Monrovia, Liberia – The Liberia National Police has received 2,000 sets of uniforms from the US government on Thursday. Sally Schniegel, the head of the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Association (INL), made the presentation on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
She stated that the donation is a means by which the US government improves the image of law enforcement officials while they perform their responsibilities.
Madam Schniegel commended the LNP for their hard work and asked the Police administration to keep carrying out its obligations with objectivity.

Police IG, Gregory Coleman accepted the uniform on behalf of the LNP, praising the US Government for its generosity and pledging to see to it that officers carrying out their law enforcement tasks in the uniforms will maintain a professional demeanor.
IG Coleman reiterated his dedication to protecting citizens’ basic rights and applying the law in an unbiased manner.
He expressed gratitude to the US Government for consistently assisting the Liberia National Police in their efforts and for doing follow-ups on a regular basis to guarantee that the law is applied impartially and that rights are upheld.
