Monrovia, Liberia – A historic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Liberia and the Government of the United States of America with the goal of improving Liberia’s health system, disease surveillance, outbreak response capabilities, and frontline health workforce.

The U.S. State Department’s Under Secretary for Foreign Assistance, Humanitarian Affairs, and Religious Freedom, Jeremy P. Lewin, and Liberia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, H. E. Mme.
