Former BYC striker, Trokon Myers has penned a two-year deal with a 1st division side, Watanga FC on a free transfer.
The deal was officially finalized on Sunday, February 20, 2022.
Trokon previously played for Fatu FC, BYC One and LPRC Oilers in the Liberia top flat league before joining another strong side Watanga FC that is managed by Robert Larteh.
Coach Robert Lartey who is popularly known in Liberian football as Coach Pela, previously managed Trokon Myers at BYC One when they dominated Liberian football for several years.
Trokon was linked with rejuvenated Mighty Barrolle, the Gold boys of Bea Mountain, Sanniquelie based, Nimba Kwadoe, and Invincible Eleven, but he opted to join Watanga FC.
He is the 3rd player to have been signed by Watanga FC in the mid season transfer window following the signings of Habiba FC Sheihk Seysey and Amara Kamara.
